The Hobart FT1000 ER Flight Type Dish Machine: The first machine of its kind, built with the performance and quality standards customers have come to expect from Hobart. Equipped with an Energy Recovery system designed to turn exhausted heat into a way to heat incoming cold water, the FT1000 ER saves heat and energy. It has been designed for the lowest total cost of ownership and improved care and operation across all six elements of warewashing performance—cleaning, life cycle, chemicals, soil management, labor and utilities. With patent-pending technology, the FT1000 ER boasts up to $26,000 in annual savings over previous Hobart flight-type models.
RECLAIM HEAT FOR ENERGY
The Energy Recovery system provides savings in both heat and energy
The Energy Recovery system’s heat exchanger captures heat and steam from the exhaust air and uses it to preheat the incoming cold water supply to 120°F before it enters the booster heater. In addition to energy savings, the Energy Recovery system provides a viable use for otherwise exhausted heat.
DESIGN FOR EARLY MONITORING
With a control system like no other, the FT1000 ER makes operation and monitoring easy for any operator.
The digital controls are placed in a convenient panel that lets operators verify proper operation and temperatures at a glance. Digital display indicates the unit is on, and confirms that the doors are closed. With automatic door interlocks and easy-to-read digital display, it makes proper HACCP system record-keeping easy.
BUILT FOR SAVING AND LONGEVITY
STAINLESS STEEL PUMP
The stainless steel pump housing and impeller offer greater durability and long life. The pump motor is enclosed and fan cooled to protect from water spray.
VARIABLE SPEED CONVEYOR
With a wider conveyor, the FT1000 ER can handle more ware, resulting in more volume and versatility and overall quicker work.
SELF-DRAINING WASH PUMP
Pumps are self-draining when the machine is shut down so there is no residual water left in the pumps after the last run of the day.
