With an outer shell made of reinforced sheet steel and clad in stainless steel on the front, sides, top and back, Hobart convection ovens are not only functional, but also fit into any kitchen environment. Doors feature large-pane windows and cool-to-the-touch handles.
This switch allows the blower motor to operate with the doors open and without energizing the heating system.
