Providing operators with a unique and convenient way to utilize and operate the Legacy Mixer.
One of the largest benefits of the Legacy Mixer is its swing out bowl. The swing out bowl make it simple to put the bowl in place, add ingredients and take out mixed product compared to all other mixers. Quick Release™ allows you, the user, to put on and take off the agitator quickly and effortlessly by simply pulling a pin.
The Legacy mixer has traditional Hobart speeds, the same speeds relied on for decades, and will save the last programmed time for each speed.
Simple controls to start and stop the mixer as well as the convenient countertop design make the Legacy mixer easy to use and operate.
With its sleek, rounded design, all parts of the Legacy mixer are easy to clean, including the swing-out bowl, bowl guard and splash guard.
Legacy Mixers include Automatic Time Recall, remembering the last time for each speed and making it easy to mix multiple batches of the same product.
By incorporating a number of protective mechanisms, including bowl lock and bowl-height sensing, the operator is always better protected while operating a Legacy mixer.
